By booking an appointment with us, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Appointment slots open on the 10th of every month at 10:00 AM.
We highly recommend booking as early as possible, as appointments fill up quickly.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Please book carefully, as deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your original deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment within the same calendar month, subject to availability.
Should BYJACE need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will automatically remain valid and be transferred to your new appointment.

HAIR EXTENSIONS
Luxury hair extensions can be ordered through:

Please place your order 3–4 weeks before your appointment.
You are welcome to bring your own extensions, however we only work with premium RAW human hair.
We do NOT accept:
• AliExpress hair
• Amazon hair
• SHEIN hair
• Beauty supply/Afro shop hair
• Synthetic hair
• Hair with thin or damaged ends
If you are unsure whether your hair is suitable, please contact us via WhatsApp before your appointment.
If you are reusing bundles, they must be freshly washed, completely detangled and ready for installation.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We greatly value your time and kindly ask for the same courtesy in return.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Your original deposit may only be transferred once and must be used within the same calendar month, subject to availability.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in being blocked from future bookings.
To book again after a no-show, full payment will be required in advance.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time.
We allow a 10-minute grace period.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and their deposit will be forfeited.

REFUND POLICY
We strive to provide the highest quality service.
If you experience any concerns regarding your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours.
Where appropriate, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds.
- We do not provide complimentary replacement services.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
Please arrive with:
- Freshly washed hair
- Fully blow-dried hair
- Completely detangled hair
- No gel, wax, oils, glue or heavy product buildup
If you are unable to blow-dry your hair yourself, please book a Blow Dry as an additional service.

SEW-IN REQUIREMENTS
Please note that all appointments begin with a hair assessment. If your natural hair is not long enough or is otherwise unsuitable for the service booked, we may be unable to perform the service. In this case, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Natural hair may not exceed elbow length, as longer hair cannot be braided flat enough to achieve the desired result.

WIG & LACE REQUIREMENTS
Please note the following:
- Bring your own foundation matching your skin tone for wig installations and 2x6 Closure Sew-Ins.
- All wigs and closures must have new, uncut lace.
- If bringing your own wig or closure, the lace must already be bleached and plucked.
- We only accept 13x6 Frontals for frontal installations.
- We highly recommend HD Lace or Film Lace.
- Thick lace and standard transparent lace are not accepted.

SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS
If no appointments are available, we are fully booked.

If approved, a €50 Squeeze-In Fee applies.
Approval depends entirely on availability.

AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Appointments scheduled after 5:30 PM are subject to an additional €25 After-Hours Fee.

Appointment times may occasionally be adjusted due to scheduling requirements.
Please monitor your email carefully for any updates regarding your booking.

SICKNESS POLICY
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please do not attend your appointment.

GUEST POLICY
To ensure a relaxing experience for every client,
Children and additional guests are not permitted inside the salon.

AGE REQUIREMENT
All services are available for clients 18 years and older. Appointments booked by clients under 18 will be cancelled.

AFTERCARE & RESPONSIBILITY
Aftercare instructions are provided after every service. The longevity of your installation depends entirely on proper maintenance at home.
BYJACE is not responsible for issues resulting from improper aftercare, incorrect maintenance or failure to follow our aftercare advice.

PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid immediately after your appointment.
We currently accept Cash and Debit Card (PIN) payments only.
