When making an appointment you automatically agree to our conditions. Please read all the information before booking an appointment 
 
- Please note that appointment slots open on the 10th of each month at 9:00 AM. We kindly advise you to book your appointment on time as availability fills up quickly


DEPOSIT
To book an appointment, a 20% deposit of your chosen service is required. This deposit goes toward the total price of your service. Please book carefully, as all deposits are non-refundable. 
 
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. However, in exceptional cases (such as emergencies), we may consider a solution at our discretion. 
 
If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to book again. 
 
If we need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will remain valid and be transferred to the new date. 
 
HAIR THAT I WORK WITH

Please make sure you do this 21 to 28 days BEFORE your appointment.

- Please note that we only work with RAW HAIR 

- NO ALIEXPRESS /AFRO SHOP /THIN ENDS/ SYNTHETIC HAIR/ SHEIN/ AMAZON HAIR
when in doubt:  please send us a message on WhatsApp before your appointment 
 
- If your re-using bundles, please make sure they are freshly washed and detangled before your appointment.
 

 REFUND POLICY
BYJACE has a 24 hour grace period in which you can let us know if there is a problems or issues with your hair. We will try to rectify the issue if there is a possibility. 

- We will not offer a full new service for free as a option to rectify.  

- We DO NOT give out refunds, but we will try to find a fitted solution for both parties. Byjace is constantly working on bettering our services, so feel free to contact us and give us feedback. 
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
We greatly appreciate the value of your time and we appreciate the same courtesy.
 
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

However, if you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to confirm the new booking.


- If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will automatically be blocked from booking and noted on the blacklist. To book again you will be required to pay for the full remaining payment.
 
 
 
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We have a grace period of 10 minutes. 
If your are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

Give yourself enough time so you can still get to your appointment on time. 
 
 
SQUEEZE IN SPOTS
If you see no time available, that means that we are fully booked for that month.
Please check out the booking site frequently for any possible cancellations
 
Please send a text message to ‪+31 6 87010410‬ to request for a Squeeze in Spot, a sqeeuze in allows clients to book last minute appointments at a fee of €50,- if possible.
 
This is a request, final approval will be determined if your desired date fits within our availability. Please allow 24 hours response time to whatsapp message. 
 

SICK/ COVID-19 Policy
Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick or ill. Send a whatsapp message to reschedule your appointment.


EXTRA GUESTS/CHILD POLICY
To ensure that all guests receiving have the best experience and services in the salon, children and extra guests are NOT allowed.
 
Please pay attention, all services are for 17 years and up. If you are younger, we cannot help you and your appointment will be canceled. Contact us on Whatsapp if you have questions about this.
 

HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please make sure your hair is freshly washed and blowdryed. If your not able to blow dry your hair, please make sure you book that as an extra service.
 
Please note: When booking a sew in, your hair must be minimal shoulder lenght.
 
When booking microlinks, your hair must be shoulder length long all around.
 
IF YOUR HAIR IS LONGER THEN SHOULDER LENGHT, PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE BOOKING. AS THIS WILL ADD MORE TIME TO THE APPOINTMENT AND POSSIBLY WILL EFFECT THE PRICE OF YOUR SERVICE 
 
 
BUNDLE GUIDE
 
For sew ins:
12 t/m 16 Inch: 2 bundles
18 t/m 22 inch: 3 bundles 
24 and Longer: 4 bundles
 
For Microlink Installs: Medium till thick hair
from 12'' till 16 inch: 2 bundles
 
For Microlink Installs: Medium till thick hair  
from 18'' till 22 inch: 3 bundles
 
Please keep in mind that your hair needs to be on shoulder length for a Microlink Install. Also keep in mind how long your natural hair is, you don't want a too big of a difference in comparison with the extensions. 
 
 

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after you book your appointment that will tell you the time, date, and location of your appointment. 

In preparation of your install please come without any products in your hair like gel, firm hold hairspray or edge control paste. Your hair should be free of glue, product, oil, and any heavy buildup from braids, wigs, etc. Also please come with hair throughly detangled for all services. 

* Please note to bring your own foundation color to your wig instal/ 2x6 closure sew in appointments *
 
 
CONTENT
If you want to support BYJACE by giving permission to create content, we would appreciate it to wear a nice top and wear some make up.
